ASSESSMENT

What the Scorecard Measures

The People and Culture Results Scorecard gives you a clear, honest snapshot of what’s working in your business and where your biggest opportunities sit across Challenges, Compliance, Culture, and Performance.

Challenges – How easy (or hard) it feels to lead your people.

This measure explores whether your people are actively helping you achieve your strategic goals or whether they are unintentionally creating friction. It looks at employee behaviours, attitudes, accountability, and performance, as well as how easy it is for your organisation to attract and retain good people.

Culture – What it really feels like to work in your organisation

This measure looks at the lived experience of your workplace rather than what is written in policies or values statements. It considers levels of trust, respect, loyalty, and collaboration, as well as whether your culture actively supports your strategic goals. It also assesses psychological safety, feedback, and whether people feel comfortable speaking up.

Compliance How confident you are that your people systems are legally sound.

This measure focuses on your confidence across key people-related compliance obligations, rather than expecting perfection. It examines payroll accuracy, physical safety systems and consultation, psychosocial safety obligations, and leadership capability in managing difficult conversations appropriately.

Performance  How well your people are set up to succeed

This measure examines whether performance is realistically achievable within your current environment. It looks at role clarity, alignment to strategy, capability, skills, and experience, as well as access to the tools, systems, time, and development people need to do their jobs well.
